K. John Barr currently serves as president of a privately held investment partnership. He manages a number of other investment entities and has done so for over 15 years. He has been involved as an investor and fund raiser for Compressus since the advent of the company in early 2001. Previous positions were in sales of business equipment, business management, recruitment and training.
Mr. Barr graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Music Degree from Loyola University, did graduate study and taught at Loyola and Tulane Universities as well as the New Orleans Institute for Performing Arts. He also participated in masters’ level Business Administration study at the University of South Florida.
