Stephen Addington has 15 years of upper level management experience primarily in energy related industries of coal and natural gas, working with various family related companies. His role has been focused primarily in financial management and strategic planning. Financial planning initiatives include multiple capital market activities raising in excess of $1.5 billion of capital through bank debt, public debt, and private equity markets. Strategic planning initiatives include experience with asset purchases, asset sales, stock sales, and stock merger transactions up to $700 million in value. His management roles have included positions as a corporate officer and director of a publicly traded company, as well as corporate officer and director of several privately held companies. In addition, he has been involved in various other businesses including being an investor and charter director of Town Square Bank in Ashland, Kentucky, a director of King's Daughters' Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky, and an investor and director in Compressus. He has a BBA from the University of Kentucky majoring in Business Finance with a minor in Political Science.
